Adult Day Program

Overview.

Quest Autism Programs, Inc. is a day habilitation program for adults with autism. Our organization is committed to a person- centered approach in all aspects of programming, ensuring that each individual's strengths, preferences, and goals are at the core of everything we do.

We operate using a hybrid service model that provides a rich variety of opportunities for growth, engagement, and independence. This includes community integration, field trips, the development of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills, recreational programming, supported employment, and volunteer opportunities.

At Quest Autism Programs, Inc., we strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where adults with autism can thrive and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Instructional Philosophy
and Staffing.

Our instructional approach is grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), utilizing empirically validated teaching strategies and techniques to support ongoing training and individualized treatment.

Each participant has a customized program plan developed by a Board-Certified_ Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These plans are tailored to meet individual needs and typically focus on:

  • Acquiring new vocational and life skills to encourage independent living and aging in place with dignity

  • Increasing work endurance

  • Maintaining and generalizing previously learned skills

  • Reducing challenging behaviors

Every participant is supported by a trained Job Coach. Job Coaches are responsible for implementing individualized plans, collecting data on participant progress, providing transportation to job sites and events, and promoting active community involvement. Participants are often paired with peers who are similar interests and goals to foster socialization and collaborative learning.
